It’s hard to take Psyllium products on the market because they don’t taste good or are filled with sugar, sugar substitutes, flavorings, colorings, additives or preservatives. Raw psyllium products mix thick and taste bad. Who wants to take this 1-3 times a day?

I feel like this product has really helped me.although I’ve only been taking it a week.
